Where can I find code in Visual basic to decode DTMF signals

I want to develop a vb application to decode the dtmf signals received via soundcard. Where can I find the explanation/help/code for the same?

I thank you very much for the reply. I am using it already. But it has some extra noises decoded unnecessarily. I want to remve them I tried with the sleep function but no success.

Any new code available? Or how can I modify this code?

I have got another application written in VB. But I could not get the source code. I want to modify it to use it as caller ID. here it is http://www.polar-electric.com/DTMF/DTMFinstaller.exe
