how to plot the curve of mos I-Vds,in hspice?

i use the order "sweep" to sweep Vds,but sth is wrong,

.options list node post
.lib 'F:\hspice\ms018_v1p4.lib' tt
.op
vdd vdd 0 1.8v
vin in 0 1.0v
r vdd 1 1k
mos 1 in 0 0 n18 l=0.18u w=0.18u
.tran 1ns 100ns sweep v(1) 0 1.8v 0.1v
.print tran i(mos) v(1)
.end

**error** sweep format incomplete, not enough arguments


please help me,thanks first![/u]

what are you doing?
You are sweeping a middle node?
you must sweep input source such as
.tran 1ns 100ns sweep vin 0 1.8v 0.1v

Hi,
I agree with the hr_rezaee.
Just check the nodes voltage u are trying to sweep as well as the brackets that seen in the statement:
.tran 1ns 100ns sweep v(1) 0 1.8v 0.1v
