The communication between the HTRC110 and the microcontroller is done via a three wire digital interface. The interface is operated by the following signals:
SCLK Clock
DIN Data Input
DOUT Data Output
This is not a standard serial interface, I think you have to use standard micro controller I/O pins and write you own code to simulate SCLK, DIN and DOUT
Check NXP Application Note Library, maybe they has that routine already
