Hello, can anyone help me to solve the ADS simulation problem.I designed a gilbert mixer, please refer to the attachment. In my simulation, the NF is too big,and when I tried to do optimization, the ADS hint me that the matrix of the NF can't converget.Any help will be appreciated.

Dear oliver
i have checked ur circuit ,and the setup , and also check the ADS simulation example for Mixer Noise figure i found that u use the LO is port 2 , and the IF is port 3
and in the example setup , ADS make LO is port 3 , and the IF is port 2
i have modified this , and it gave me a very resonable value

check the attached pic
