ring vco's nodes capacitance

to calculate oscillation frequency of these ring vco's, need to know the capacitance in each node of the ring. Know how to determine each one, or some reference ? The delay cell of single-ended and differential oscillators is shown in the picture.
 

for different voltage of the output ,the cap of mos is different ,so you can only calculate the average capacitor

by helping me with Cox or how ? Circuit I have more doubts is about differential pair, to find its Vin and Vout capacitances
