How to wind a 350nH accurate inductor

Air coil ??
If it's so, use Nagaoka formula that can be found everywhere but these coils will absolutely require tuning.
You can not obtain exactly 300nH+-%0.5 tight tolerance with air coils. Also, these values are not standard values as can be found SMD or any kind..

ACCURATELY? - how accurate? - can you measure this accurately? - how accurate is your measurement system?

Standard values are to avoid people having to ask how to make a simple fixed value component.

Standard values ALL have a tolerance. There is no such thing as an exact value in the real world.

Good designers do not require exact values - these are avoided by good design.
The design need only be FIT-FOR-PURPOSE and no better.

Polymath

You should use L meter when winding inductors. Formula gives you no guarantee the coil will be accurate wound.
