hello

can someone tell me what are vertical field-effect transistors?

a field effect transistor in which the gate is constructed in the form of vertical grating between source and drain in the semiconductor material, to allow higher current flow between source and drain.Advantages include fast pulse response, as required for high-fidelity audio power amplifiers.:D
