I heard ADS have some smith chart function. I am not sure is that what you're looking for...

Try Adlab. The author is Dr stephen weber, RF engineer working in Infineon.

You can download a trial version from the website. If you like it, try support the author. I bought the software from him before. Worth the money!

Thank J0hn，　lguancho，　plasma，　emg，　zainmirza. I will try your information. Recently, I have also found a free software on Smith Chart. It is in then attachment.
