ICC 11.2.41 startup problems

I'm getting this error each time I try to start "ccar":
/usr/Cadence/ICC/tools/iccraft/bin/32bit/sbtool.exe: error while loading shared libraries: libXm.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Is anybody having the same problem? Any solution? When setting up OpenAccess I got some error messages. Could this be the reason?

icfb is working fine.

I'm using Redhat 7.3, so theoretically I shouldn't have too many problems.
