Do you think that is it possible to generate 1 pico second from FPGA board.
which board provide smallest clock?

If I use smallest clock board and clock divider, is it possible to produce 1/2 pico second?

I don;t know really...

No. There are no FPGA's that can work at one terahertz.

ya its true, there is no board available yet .
also i want to tell u one more thing that u have used abt clock divider,
clock divider, is it possible to produce 1/2 pico second?

clock divider divide frquency that means doubles the time period
