general enq in dsp

I'm a new member to this forum..

Can anyone tell me the adv of signal avg over other noise cancellation techniques

Re: general enq in dsp

the whole system required for signal averaging in simple and easy to implement but Noise cancellation methods are complex with adaptive filters and pll etc which is pretty tought to experiment....

but noise cancellation methods gives better performace and SNR is higher then Signal averaging

hope it helped u

Hey..

Thanx Helios....

I wud like to know what advantages does the system with following specs have

1) signal averaging using a CPLD with programming done using VHDL

Is this a new area for a project?

Can you also tell me about the full system of averager?

Thanks
