You should contact Sandwork people - try sandwork.com
If you ask them they will probably provide eval version.

In my opinion it is a great tool - I use it all the time.

Sandwork is a very fast waveform viewer. It can read *.tr, *.ac and *.fsdb files. And it can output many output format like PWL, etc.

It is a good software.

And you can use its dynamic meter to measure what you want.
I usually use this. A great waveform viewer!!:D
