Hello Guys
I am having some problems with understanding the calculation of core loss coefficient, K_fe. In the book 'Fundamental of power Electronics' By Robert W. Erickson, during the design procedure of Transformer for isolated Cuk converter, K_fe has been considered as 24.7 W/T_power(β) cm3 for 200 KHz ,β=2.6 for a ferrite pot core consisting of Magnetics, Inc. P-material. My question is, where did he get this value? Can anyone help me out ?
TIA
