Hi,

I am trying to design a bias circuit for an amplifier and I just started using ADS.
After building circuit when I try to simulate it gives me following error

MOSFET1 is an instance of an unidentified model MOSFETM1

anyone faced this problem?

It's o.k. just to play around with the tool to get a first impression, but at some point you should read the manuals and tutorials.
