I am researching the superscale cpu.
where can I get to some matter on it?

do u want somethin abt super scalar cpu? processor.. wot sort of..

like a VLIW processor!

i have a few details! and some books..!

There is a book written by John Paul Shen and Mikko H. Lipasti called "Modern Processor Design Fundamental of Superscaler Processors"

superscale computer

There is a small but good book by Mike Johnson. The book name is "Superscalar Microprocessor Design" published by Prentice Hall, 1991. But never found out there was a eBook version of it.

its probably the best short intro on superscalar processors. Also here are some good lecture notes

The best book on Superscalar procs is Hennessey and Patterson Computer Architecture: A quantitative approach

Apart from this there are loads of IEEE papers. Let me know if you need a list
