hi
i have gps module (GMS6-cr6). i conecte its vdd ang ground wire. and then i conect it's RS232 port to PC. and run Hyper terminal program but i cant see true data .i see the below image. can you help me?

do you have the correct baud rate? try different baud rates?
have you looked at the signals with an oscilloscope?

i check baud rate in the module datasheet write " it's baud rate is 9600 " and i select 9600 baud rate for hyper terminal. but i see the Unclear shape like Delta shape

check the hardware .. Are you first connecting the gsm module with the microcontroller and then to PC? Specify your application as well ..

if you are getting rubbish characters on hyperterminal it is probable that the baud rate is incorrect (the modem setting may have been changed at some time)
try 19200. 38400, 56700, 115200 etc

hi
tanks for assistance i can see the reasonable output. but i my module can not detect my Latitude and Longitude. it shown the true time but can not detect true Latitude and Longitude

I seem to remember that when I last sent GPS data from a microcontroller to a TCP server it had to be corrected to give the true latitude and longitude
