A low side driver is used to sink current, not source it. You should have the power connected to the diode and feed the ground of it into the low side drive.

BS. IR2110 can both source and sink current.

IR2110 has an undervoltage-lockout feature and doesn't work with Vcc < 10 V.

Hi FvM and cl10greg.
I Follow your guide, and change V+ 5 to 16 for Vss and Vdd
but not work as all , I return to use tc 4420 for more easy (I am newbie electronic ) any way Thank you so much you both for yours time help me.(sorry my English)

I did not suggest to increase both supply voltages. If you read the IR2110 datasheet more thoroughly, you'll realize that Vdd must stay at 5V for logic level input signals.

Hi FvM

First thank you very much for your concern and advise me again( first my problem is clip wire from vcc was broken inside )
Won!!! now work welḷ with minimum 10v for vcc and 5v for signal and Vdd (as you said). But it can work both vcc + vdd + signal from +10vdc and led can connecter from L out to + or - power. Thank you again for your help.
