I am beginner in FDTD algrotihm and must learn how to implement "analysis of a discontinuous Parallel plate waveguide using two dimensional FDTD in Matlab". Is there any source that I can use? Or how can I begin learning FDTD?
 

you can begin with Taflove's book : Computational Electrodynamics .. the 2D FDTD code published with the book is available in previous post.
