hi............ i mdoing my final year m.e(applied electronics). I want to do my project so pls suggest me some topics or my project in the area of low power vlsi and in testing of vlsi.
 

You can start by downloading IEEE papers to better understand the present improvements of research in this area.You can see the abstract of these papers to get a better idea at this website,

I am assuming you are even interested in VLSI. If you are then do what was mentioned and find out the current state of understanding and issues. Pick something simple that is also valuable. If you make your project too complicated you will be sorry later.

If there is some area that you have more interest than VLSI then do your project in an area that you enjoy. Because there will come a time when you will need extra motivation and if you enjoy the subject it will help you deal with the inevitable obstacles you will face as you work through the project.
