hi i have an old processor vhdl code . is it possible to synthesize my processor with 45nm library. if it is possible, could you help me to download free 45nm library ? i heard about nandgate 45nm. but i did not find it any where !

Of you course you can. Just indicate to your synthetizer which library to use.

can i synthesize my circuit with just nand cell instead of and ,or, ..... .i want to change all the cells to nand (except buffers, flipflops,...)
