ADS LAYOUT : draw a sphre in ADS LAYOUT

Hello,

I need to draw a sphère in Layout editor of ADS, it is a BGA Ball, how can I do this?!!

you mean for the 3D view.!!
insert the mechanical layer and it gives the option of sphere ...
