I want to simulate these papers **broken link removed**
i dont know which software i have to use,MATLAB ,HFSS, CST MWS ,XFDTD
please help,i dont have much time...
 

Generally you could use MATLAB for FDTD simulations, but you could also use XFDTD for simulating waveguide structures.
