please tell me what is the meaning of netlist?????????

netlist alone is not sufficient but people use it to refer to gate level netlist

where gate level netlist means design synthesized into gates and flip flops
rtl netlist means rtl code which is not synthesized
transistor netlist means design in terms of transistors

Here is another example.
After I draw a circuit (on KICAD for example), the program can generate for me a 'netlist' which is a list of all components used in the circuit. The list is saved as a text file (obviously its extension would be *.net).

IMPORTANT:
Sorry tiwari.ankur, dave_59 gave you a good answer and also tariq786. Please note that mine is totally wrong; I wrote it before going to bed
For instance, do you know what the typical name of the component list could be ? Its file extension is likely *.lst

I like to believe that it is not really bad doing something wrong, usually by mistake (since I do a lot), but it will if it is repeated and worse if not corrected.
In fact, this is my all-time problem in designing any project. I do many silly mistakes before it works rather perfectly :)

netlist comes from "list of networks".

In electronic design, a network is a wire connecting a number devices, logic gates in the case of digital designs.

In a hardware description language like Verilog or VHDL, a netlist is a description of all the devices (gates) and all of the connections (wires) between each device. An RTL netlist is a higher level of abstraction that can be synthesized (translated) into a lower gate-level netlist.
