Hello,

I am looking forward for urgent replies for the following points.
Please help me at your earliest convenience.

1. Are there any PIC Microcontrollers which have inbuilt Bluetooth support?

2. I need to convert 230V, 60Hz AC to 0-5V so that it can be fed into the micro controller.
Please tell me the steps need to follow up.
any references to read and get information

And don't think any PIC has Blue-Tooth Module built into it..

Arun,

As I understood the circuit provided by you will convert the AC to DC values.
But what I really need is to convert the given AC signal still to a AC signal that is in the range of 0-5V.

Can Arun or anyone else please guide me on how to achieve this/

Hi,

1. As Arun mentioned no microcontroller will come with built-in Bluetooth support. Search for Bluetooth modules that will have SPI/I2C/UART/Parallel bus digital interface. And appropriately select the PIC that can handle any of these interfaces.

2. Why 5V AC ? please be aware thaty you cannot power any of these devices using an AC voltage source... :)

Down converting of 230V is done not to power up the controller using that voltage, but to make sure that the value can be fed to micro controller ADC unit with out damaging it.

OK.. then you are using 5V as reference voltage for your ADC. Please check can be AC. I doubt

Do remember that if you convert 230V AC to 5V AC (RMS), then the peak of the AC voltage is 5√2 = 7.1V . That can damage the PIC. So you should downscale it to 5 ÷ √2 = 3.54V RMS (which gives 5V peak) or lower. Also, you may want to have some kind of overvoltage protection at the PIC ADC input, such as a zener diode or 2 diodes.
