Hi, I am new in sentaurus simulation and I am also new to this forum.
When I was trying to simulate a basic 2Dnpn model in sprocess( it's my first time to simulate a 2D model), I fund an error saying "error in PARDISO driver". I want to figure out whether there is something wrong with my codes...
