Thanks for the response.
My quick updates:
1. @85 deg C, i'm not running the operation with full wattage. I should just be able to provide some AMPs to the battery, and maybe when the temp drops, i will go about full charging, that the approach.
2. As mtwieg suggests, my line voltage can reach...
team, Planning to design a system consisting of PFC + LLC dc-dc stage.
Design specs are mentioned below.
Design Specs:
Input: 323Vac to 690Vac
Output 1: 14VDC/20A Constant Current Source for battery Charging
Output 2: 15VDC/15A Contant Voltage Source for Automotive Loads
Maximum Operating...
To start with, it’s a three phase three wire input system. Looking for displacement power factor for now. I was thinking to consider any two lines for computation.. your thoughts and guidance..!!
I got lost in the middle trying to figure out the solution to calculate phase angle. Can you please be a little more specific on where to start off ?
I did not understand on how to compute the power factor. Can you please mention in steps, so that i understand it clearly. Thanks
The power supply is from a generator (Three phase, delta configuration), as per requirement, need to measure active, reactive, apparent power. There is no need of Phase reversal as per customer. So i'm keeping that discussion aside. The previous version of board has a CT for current measurement...
hey mate, you're going in other direction. Apologise for not mentioning this, Battery packs have their BMS PCB installed inside. i'm using similar battery in other projects too. There i'm working with single battery. Battery is all safe to go. So i need not worry more on the internal batteries...
Hi TI team,
I'm designing Power path control for 3 supplies along with dual battery charging system.
V1= 30V(10A), Vbat1= 29V approx(7-cell in series Li-ion, 3500mAh), Vbat2= 29V approx(7-cell in series Li-ion, 3500mAh).
Design equations:
1. 30V(10A) supply will charge both batteries, But...
I'm Designing an alarm interface circuit, which is one of the small part of a ventilator machine. This is an external alarm interfaced as a remote alarm, in case nurse is in different room. If there is some error, the alarm goes ON.
I have no idea what the general interface looks like / have...
Hi,
I have come up with a new plan, i will be using these parts "P82B96" , "P82B715", (should study thier datasheet in detail) for designing circuit.
could you give me any ideas on things i should take care when choosing legthy wires, like taking care of EMC compliance, etc so that signal...
Hi,
Yes i did go through the above ideas. My concern is, as you can see the Flow meter in the picture attached, i cannot do anything on the sensor side, Whatever has to be done, i have to do it in my circuit board which is a ventilator machine.
I referred a few datasheets, where in they were...
I'm designing a circuit for a digital flow meter. This is the part being used(SFM3300-D). The Sensor is being designed to be used with ventilator externally.
according to datasheet, It says using I2C communication, wire length should not be more than 30cm. But as we know, the patient tube is...
I'm in the production stage, and this IC has 40 week Lead time.
Can i have an IC similar to the above part number, LTC4015EUHF#PBF.
and suggestions are also welcome.
