Hello, again!
Since I get one request about last development, I can only say that I get the spare IC 502 and 504, and replaced, but still no success. Presently I am busy with my job, but I will post if I will manage to fix it.
Hello, again!
As promised, last update. Tested with a external voltage 1,5 V dc on pin 4 of IC 502 and I get output voltages from Power Supply Unit. Player started, but only for few seconds. Most probably opto-coupler is weak. After I'll get the chance to get my spares and workbench, I will...
Should be ok, as long as complies with the following rules:
1. Batteries cranking capacity (starting or short term pulse, SAE) to be bigger than than your 130% short-time load requirement for transient time. In this case, 12kW at 48V, makes 250A, 130% will be 325A. Lead or gel car batteries have...
STOP!
What you try to do is highly dangerous!
While in theory the system is correct and these 2 phases comes from the same tree-phase circuit, should be easy to suply a two-phase consummer.
But these circuits are for wall sockets, with maybe 2,5mm2 cabling and fuses of 16Amps (hoping so), which...
On page 10 is written on the technical data for this model that it required only 2 phases and ground, means between main tetminals 380 - 415 Vac and earth for protection. Nothing wrong with that, I have seen in my job converters like this for up to 10 kW.
Hi, everyone!
First of all, my big mistake was about DC HV - instead of 229V I wanna say 329V, so "hunting" of HV is only 2, maximum 3 volts.
During my last testing today, did not know how, but unit started for a few minutes, time when I could do few more measuring:
IC502 pin 2 (VCC) = 18,2V ...
Hi, again!
I did some more checking on the unit. This time, even it was long time not tested, it did not start even once on my tests. Supply voltage is 230Vac, european type (50Hz). Voltage on outlet of rectifier bridge is 331Vdc, more or less stable (sometimes shown 229, sometimes 331, I guess...
Hello, people!
Glad to see that replies comes and even very fast. First of all, I am fond of this unit, even though I am using now a replacement (DANON 1930), sound is slightly different and I missing it. Not complaining, not making any compare, just my humble impression.
Regarding the...
Hi, everyone!
I've been using for many years a very nice SACD player PIONEER DV 696AVS. Fully satisfied by the quality. Few months ago comes to develop a very nasty problem: after powering on, few seconds is showing ON, then is switching OFF and is taking a very long time until possible to...
