Currently I have a problem with some models for HSpice. I have a model library that works relatively well. The MOST, resistors and diodes are running fine. But somehow the bipolar transistors and capacitors are not. I have the following message:

I have tried it, but it did not work. In the netlist now I have W and L names instead of their values. Actually what I need at the end is something like:
XMN1 ND NG NS NB nmos W=1u L=0.35u M=1 NFING=2
and to have what I need in SpiceLine I should have:
W=1u L=0.35u M=1 NFING=2...

Even if you have SunOS for PC it will be very hard (if even possible) to find tools to install and use. The instalation for Sun Stations will not work on PC, nevertheless it is the same OS. I never heard of a EDA vendor supporting SunOS for PC, anyway. By the way most of them do support...

Does somebody have a good library whit analog symbols for Cohesion6 (MOS devices, resistors, caps, stimulus, etc.)? The one that come with the product is very unuseful. Than I could try attach that symbol library to the model library I'm using.
