gzip system call returned error status
DIOS can not simulate,and i use AS4
It shows:
save(file=WT1-1)
Opening: "WT1-1.dmp"
gzip -f WT1-1.dmp
csycmd: system call returned error status= -1
** ERROR ** Error from "gzip -f" call
tcad gzip error

DIOS can not simulate,and i use AS4

When i use the pdk simulating the circuit ,I found the cdf parameter can not change ,and it shows "needs update" ??
Why ??
In the CIW it shows unbound variable!!

spice reader : library or section not found
I find that when i use my ic 5141 simulation ,i can use the *.scs only,and i can't use the tech files that are the *.lib 、*.mdl 、*.ckt. The error report shows that it cant't read the "input.scs" ,and i find the "input.spplog" .The matter is "...
when i use the IC5141 user3,I can't simulation .The Vsin and vpulse idc ..signal can't be used ,it shows wavefrom type must be specified if any waveform parameters are given..
When i use the spectre simulating the bipolar circuit ,the analog design enviroment canwork . And the result shows that the V of the bjt (b,c,e) is zero??
I check the model and the circuit ,they can work in other station ,who can help me ??
