i have designed a uwb antenna with a wlan notch band..
i am experiencing problems with the gain..
please suggest what changes in the design may prove helpful to improve the gain of my antenna..im attaching the pictures of my design and the gain of the design..
it is a cpw fed...
i have tried to apply various designs but im unable to notch 5-6ghz band..
every method that i have applied notches 4-5ghz band..
may i upload the design so that u cud help me in a better way??
ok i am done with achieving the bandwidth part of the antenna..
now i seek ur help in notching the band from 5-6ghz..

for this antenna u said that one has to find lowest mode of propagation. Does that mean that the antenna should be designed according to the operating frequency which should be kept 3 ghz in this case?? because the band achieved is from 3.4 to 13 ghz..do we have to put the...
