LT1083/LM317 current limit to be make the regulator go down below 1.2V

I did what you suggested with the diode and it works! expect will some oscilatiion! when I set the current to 0.01A thats what I get when I zoom in:

LT1083/LM317 current limit to be make the regulator go down below 1.2V

what current regulation gain? 2. I'm using a charge pump to create negative low current supply for those things. how exacly do I connect it? I'm going to use other not low dropout regulator for those things, maybe even LM317 with extrenal pass transistor or LM723. will see

LT1083/LM317 current limit to be make the regulator go down below 1.2V

there will be pre regulator included, dont worry about those stuff, the problem is the current limiting. output current - 0-5A output voltage - 0-20V at least.

LT1083/LM317 current limit to be make the regulator go down below 1.2V

hi, I'm desiging a power supply and there is what I have for start : the problem is that the current limit shors the adj to ground and that makes the regulator go down to 1.2V instand of 0V. I cant use a constant voltage negative supply instand of ground because this voltage always need to be...

is this ltspice problem or what?

im mesuring the output voltage, it is supposd to be 10V. well it doesnt. what the heck? - - - Updated - - - never mind I forgot to put a load on the output. thread closed~

PNP \ NPN Transistor doesnt do what it should do

well I wanted IC that I have in my parts box (common parts), I could get LM386 no problem just get the bus. but thats fine.

PNP \ NPN Transistor doesnt do what it should do

    1. also my bad just for testing I use 1LED. before I used led strip 12V. 2. sure, will do! 3. First I will try without it just for testing. 4. well yes, I could also do it and thats what I planned for tomorrow, the thing is the my friend has built this schematic just with TIP31 NPN TRANSISTOR...

PNP \ NPN Transistor doesnt do what it should do

1.) yes, I added a resistor, I actually use 5V and a resistor 2.) also using 1K 3.) I dont use, should I? 4.) I also dont use, do I must? or else what will happend? and yes my bad I meant base not a gate.

PNP \ NPN Transistor doesnt do what it should do

hi, I built this simple circuit just for fun : **broken link removed** as you can see, it is basically a transistor switch that shoud open or close depends on the base current, the problem is, when I built this circuit, it works fine if the voltage to the led is less than ~1.5V (RED LED rated...

current sink doesnt work when input to the load is by a regulator

yes, its indeed strange. the first LT1083 used as a pre regulator is just for simulation, in the real schematic I'm going to use a switcher as a pre regulator. the 555 is for the negative rail for the op amp.

current sink doesnt work when input to the load is by a regulator

well after some playing around (I need relays in ltspice!) I found this working half good : **broken link removed** first, It doesnt work if I simulate the supply from 0V. why is that? also It doesnt work just with 1 transistor so it has to do with the darlington. I found it by mistake, I have...
