Is modulation scheme like CDMA or TDMA supported within SpectreRF?
If not, what is the solutions to simulate those modulation scheme?
I need this modulated signal for RF power amplifier input signal.

Khouly, can you please share your design here? I am also designing PA using BFG21W at this moment. My center frequency is 835 MHz and the output power is 20dBm.

Thanks for the reply Jonnasi.
I decided to make a design based on the application note given by NXP (previously Phillips Semiconductor).
It uses BFG21W to design a 800 MHz PA which will operate for 4 modes: CW, 1 tones, TDMA, and CDMA.
