I am Using SMD IC like RTL8019 and LPC2138 for My board. But all other pacive componenets like resistors and Capacitos I want to use DIP due to procurement problems in low Qty. Will there be any Issues with this approch ??. Can I go ahead

We are trying to Buy LPC2106 and LPC2138, We approched local component shop
it is around Rs 1200 (27 USD). I guess it is too high. Please let us know how to procure sample ICs at reasonable price in India.
