Design of spwm inverter - ICs and SG3525

Re: spwm inverter TL494 is commonly used for sine wave inverters, its a modified sine wave generator. Another way around is to determine switching pattern from matlab and generate it via cheap microcontroller.

finding Phase angle between voltage and current

Re: Power Factor Controller Hi umery2k75 Never replied any posts before but this one i think should be replied I had my Final project Reactive Power Control. I simulated my idea in PSCAD, Did designed hardware that never worked actually i did not worked hard enough for that. I'm uploding it...

How to sense overload using ADC on a UPS?

Re: overload sensing HI It would be quite easy and cheap that you use current sensing resistor.

About PWM generating for AC Motor Drive using ATMEGA32

pwm ac motor PLZ try working Space Vector PWM which is more appropiate in such scnerio and has been developed to work for Microcontrollers and relitively simpler coding. Can u PLZ post the IGBT Package number and the optocouplers u are using with it.

    Reactive Power control

I am currently working on reactive power control using FACTS based idea of calculating reactive current through system using clarke transform. I have sucessfully simulated the calculator in MATLAB Simulink. But based on these calculation when i generate that current and inject it back to the...

100Hz oscillator and the frequency range with +/- 10% over PVT

Re: 100Hz oscillator Try using ICL 8038, it's rather a function generator IC but can produce finely as low as 1Hz, sorry for it would require a bit higher voltage
