I want to clarify my request.
I have HSPICE model parameters, provided by foundry. The file with extention "l" for example: model.l
But I need the SPICE parameters for Spectre, with extention "scs", for example: model.scs
So, I need to convert HSPICE parameters to Spectre...

binary-weighted split-capacitive arrays
It's almost impossible to get 12-bit SAR ADC with good yield without callibration.
Split capacitor is necessary even for 8-bit SAR ADC.

It's impossible to get 16 bit SAR ADC without calibration.
And it's almost impossible to get even 12-bit SAR ADC w/o calibration.
You can check for ex. Analog Devices or MAXIM ADC spec:
AD7440 - 10 bit, AD7440A - 12 bit.
AD7621, MAX195 - 16 bit

I've tried to mount my sub hdd with different options but w/o success.
When i plug in the usb hdd and then boot the PC, it detect the device and then stop and i can't boot the computer.
May be i need to do something with my kernel?

I need Spice parameters for Al-N-Si Shottky diode.
Any parameters for real process is OK.
BTW, where can I find "BAT62_03W Si Shottky diode" spice parameters?

Re: contact and via size
It's not only metall stress problem.
If you have CONTs and VIAs with different size, you can get over-etching problem for CONTs and VIAs with smaller size and damage structure.
