Hi guys. I need to know how to tell whether the LVDS cable is 6Bit, 8Bit or 10Bit, and whether it's 1-Channel or 2-Channel? Can I tell by just looking at the LVDS cable? What is it that I have to count to get these details? Is it the twisted pairs?
Hi everyone.
What does it mean to say, 2-channel 8-Bit LVDS? How does one know this by just looking at the LVDS cable on a TV? And can 2-channel 6-Bit LVDS be used on the same TV? Where can I read about this in detail?
I would like to know whether Horizontal lines are similarly caused. My LCD tv has horizontal lines that flicker and vibrate vertically as if the tv has lost vertical sync. The pictures and sound will be ok. But this flickering is much less when there is no signal. Only a little when there is the...
Hi everyone,
Does anyone have any idea where I can get software to update most chinese lcd tvs, given the board's chipset number? Like a website with database of the firmwares. I want to repair a solarisation defect on an lcd tv, ECCO 32".
Hello every one. Can somebody upload for me the service manual for this Finnish television? The tv runs for 3 minutes and cuts off the picture but the sound remains. The channel number stays displayed as if the tv is normal. The tv involves a number of I.C's which are "Bus" controlled via I²C...
Hi everyone,
I have a stator core with these physical details: core length is 140mm; Back-iron is 30mm; internal diameter is 225mm; external diameter is 255mm; tooth 9mm wide; number of slots is 48; The rotor is a skewed type. Now the problem is that the winding data has been lost. So I am...
Brian is correct. There is a power transistor mounted on a heat sink which modulates the H-scan current by the V-scan signal to achieve what Brian is saying. You may also need to check the circuit that drives this EW transistor. Like what Brian said, you need a service manual...
Hi,
First of all what chassis is it? Then what processor is it using? And why do you need those alignment details; Is the eeprom faulty? I ask because the info you need is already written in there unless you have replaced the eeprom with a blank one? More info please!!
I see that you're now comparing two datasheets of diodes from different manufacturers, GB02SL...& C4D021...? And all can withstand 1200v Vrrm. But the maximum forward current, I-f for the GB021.. is 2A while for the C4D021.. is given as 6.9A, right? The different makers here are claiming...
According to the datasheet, this diode is designed for a forward current of 6.9amps continuous current. A pulsed current rating is even higher than this(up to 14amps)! So your question as to why this diode takes 6.9A as opposed to 2A is answered simply because that is the design current of the...
This inverter runs for a few seconds and cuts off power to the ccfls. I am trying to find out if this is being caused by overload or under-load? I need to know the voltage levels at the I-sense and V-sense pins. What are the trigger thresholds for these pins. Basically I want to fool the...
Hello guys,
Looking for datasheet for OZ9972 LCD TV backlight driver. I believe I can also use the scheme for the SS1091ASN. I don't have the
datasheet for this one either.
Thanks..
Ideally the power lines, i.e. +5v must remain fixed unless there is a loose connection somewhere in the pc power lines. However, the -D and +D lines do show level variations down to zero volts, and such momentary fluctuations are normal. Are you sure you measured the power lines or you were...
How to activate service mode for tv's with this sanyo chip?? I have just replaced the 24C08 eeprom with an empty eeprom so i want to put in the settings. The original problem was that the tv was stuck in stand-by. Anyone with info??
