Winding details for 400V 3-Phase 50Hz 25HP 4-pole squirrel cage induction motor

Hi everyone,
I have a stator core with these physical details: core length is 140mm; Back-iron is 30mm; internal diameter is 225mm; external diameter is 255mm; tooth 9mm wide; number of slots is 48; The rotor is a skewed type. Now the problem is that the winding data has been lost. So I am looking for info to rewind it to a 400v 50Hz 25HP 4pole 3phase motor. The original nameplate says: 500/550v, 26A delta, 4pole D180M frame. The data required should include wire size, number of turns for the coils, coil pitch etc.
