Error correction coding
Hello folks,
I have one question regarding secure wireless transmission.
I am using 433 MHz RF communication for one of my project. I want to know how can i use error correction code for successful transmission of my data from Computer to Atmega8 (uC).
I am using...
Hi,
I want to transmit my command from Matlab (PC) to Atmega8 (uC) wirelessly.
I have used On Shines TX and RX.
For proper transmission i am first sending SYNC bits (number 55) then ADDR bits (address 44) -> DATA (my command, say 11 for now) -> CHKSUM (checksum ADDR+DATA)
When atmega8 gets...
basic rf transmitter
Hey guys,
I am using On Shine's RF transmitter and receiver (433Mhz) for my project. I was testing the devices other day but couldnt get anything at the "out" of the receiver.
I checked the antennea of the transmitter but the voltage is very very low and i dont think...
matlab rf
Hello mates,
I wanna ask that how can i send data from Matlab to Atmega8(uC) through serial port using RF transmitter and receiver.
I want to know how can i encode the signal in matlab and decode it at the Atmega end?
thanx
Hello folks,
I am working on my final year project which is a speech recognition.
I want to design an IR device that can communicate with the TV or other IR receiver. This device will be connected to the PC.
As you all might know that serial and parallel ports are fading out now...So i want...
universal remote control through computers
Hello Mate,
I am doing my final year project, in which i need to construct a Universal Remote Control fro TV.
The controller will be controlled by the computer. The computer will send the appropriate signal through Serial / Parallel port to the IR...
What i am asking is just a small push or something....
We have decided on the algorithm...which will use Hidden Markov Model (HMM) but this is the comparison part. I want to learn what steps should be followed in order to make the incoming voice signal through microphone comparable....
There...
audio vhdl
Hello folks,
I am a beginner to VHDL. I have basic knowledge of VHDL programming. I have to use VHDL for my final project now where i have to implement speech recognition using FPGA.
Starting first can anyone guide on how can i extract various features of a speech signal using...
speech recognition vhdl
Thanx for the reply....it gave me a good starting point....
I have seen everyone talking about filters.
For out initial design we will use the
- DSP micro controller to process the incoming analog siganl. It will
filter and sample the signal to digital.
- Then the...
vhdl speech recognition
Hey Guys, VHDL HELP
I am a beginner to VHDL. I know how to write basic codes in VHDL.
I want to implement a Speech Recognition system using FPGA. So i want to learn how to design the code in VHDL.
For that i have to learn the very basic of Signal Processing or Analyzing...
hm2007
Hey i have one question.
I have a project on speech recognition....and we have to make the recognition board from scratch....
If we use the DSP controller such as HM2007 or SENSORY's RSC Microcontrollers, do we have to use any extra sound card ( for ADC, pre-filtering)?
Also how can...
Can you tell me more about the phonetic translator that you guys used? Was it hardware circuit based or it was software? Well from your reply i understand that it was hadrware...
Also what did your device do when the mounted words matched with the onboard one? I mean for example did it turn...
Hey folks,
I am currently doing my final year engineering project. The project is voice controlled home automation.
As you might know speech recognition will play the bigger part in it.
We DO NOT want to use any pre-build hardware or software such as Microsoft one or PC for speech recognition...
building an ir trip sensor
we are limited to the specific parts such as there is a pair of IR emitter + IR phototransistor. .....what if we pass the signal from the receiver to the band pass filter designed to filter out 40KHz reflected signal? then we need an amplifier to amplify the filtered...
