With the models, the capacitance of the varactor varies when i change de frequency.
When I use a model from same varactors, this don't occurs..
Someone knows wich is right?
The curve of capacitance varies a lot when I chance de frequency?
Hi,
I'm working with varactor to make a phase shifter. I'm making simulation in Ansoft Designer and I'm using the varactors MV2105 and MMBV105GLT1.
My simulated results using the models avaiable in Ansoft Degnsier for these varactor are very differents from the measured results. How I can...
Now, I'm using the varactors avaiable in the Ansoft Desinger, like MV2105 and MMBV105GLT1, but the results of simulations and the practical results are very different. I'd like to know if I need to make same corrections in these models.
thank's
Ok,
I didn't undertand how I can calculete de Voltage for a 25kW power in a 50Ω transmission line.
has Someone alreay worked with heat loss in high power combiners, projected haletas to dissipate the heat?
Hi,
I'm working in a project of a high-power combiner at HFSS.
The ports are exitated by powers and a I made the simulation in "Driven Terminal"
But, when I try to Edit Source (to set the excitations, I need to set 2 ports of 25kW) I need to set the excitation in Volts. It's right? I'd...
