HI evrey one
do you know what is the par1 par2 par3... in histogram window in monte carlo simulation?
i want to plot histogram of input offset of an ota according to delta vth, delta l,delta w and also delta tox, but can not find these parameter in ADE XL,?!!!!
thank you very much
hi every one
i have a really strange problem
when i change my circuit to see the effect of it, the results dose nOt change and i am really confused.
for example when i change the capacitor value from 500f to 2p i have an error, and when change back to 500f again i have that error, and this...
hi
thanks for reply
actually i can change the x-axis, as i attached before, but it dos not work correctly,in other word
when i change the x axis, nothing happen, and no change to my plot
hi
it seems that this topic was mentioned before, but there is no answer,
i just want to change my x-axis from vgs to vgs-vth,
1- i sweep vgs
2-plot vgs-vth
3-click on x axis to change variable (change to vgs-vth)
to test that the axis is changed, plot vgs vs the new variable (vgs-vth)
it...
hi erikl
thanks for your reply
you mean the pss compute the first 10( i have set the harmonic in pss to 10) Fourier series coefficient of the periodic square wave that we see in the transient analysis?
so why in pss when we plot the output vs time,it shows the complete square wave?
i think it...
hi
i have done pss simulation for an ideal switch
and plot the output voltage vs frequency
(actually i want to simulate a chopper stabilized amplifier and start with this simple circuit to understand pss simulation)
now i cant find out the meaning of the plot
in other word i want to know...
