hello i have a doubt............
when my load is capacitive,will i able to measure to the maximum output current replacing resistive load.
bcz in my op-amp, open loop output impedance is high,so it is not able to drive the resistive load.
so will i get the maximum output current by...
i got ur point.......suppose i have designed the opamp for some CL,,,i need to check what is the maximum capacitance( greater than CL) still that is allowed in which opamp remains stable.
for this which configuration i have to use in order to get this max CL?

As you said we need to keep the opamp in voltage follower configuration and keep varying the resistive load until the voltage drops.
what in the case of capacitive load,what should we do here in order to measure the output current?
