my guess Idc current proportional to oscillation amplitude, so is V+, is that the principle or something else

i need tio measure the PSD of a differential DUT
so my guess is that i let the inputs open, connect the outputs to a balun and analyse the spectre with a spectrum analyzer to get PSD versus frequency
is that correct ?
should the inputs terminated with 50 ohm ? in that case i will have...

i did an oscillator but there is a discrepancy between stb analysis and tran analysis
the 0° cross frequency is about 300Mhz higher than the oscillation frequency
what could be the cause ? can i quantify the cause of this discrepancy
