Right now,unfortunately the situation is not all that cool for the junior designers . People with 5+ yers of solid design and test experience are in demand. And the bar is going up every passing day.

Layout designers who can tackle RF/Analog are getting extremely scarce. We hired one after 1.5 years of mad searching !!. Layout issues would continue to mount and these skills would be much more valuable and sought for in the industry than some PDK development stuff, I think..
