Hi,
I want to modify existing semiconductors in sentaurus structure editor in order to build a device with organic semiconductors. Does anybode know how to do this? I need to chenge transport equations, mobility etc.
Furthermore, how can I change the permittivity of an insulator?

I tried to simulate a device (otft) but sdevice aborts with following error:
The geometry in the TDR file "otft.tdr"
is not a mixed-element geometry !
How can I solve this problem? If I comment out the "Solve" part sdevice runs with no errors, so I assume the error lies within the Solve...
