I tried to simulate a device (otft) but sdevice aborts with following error:

The geometry in the TDR file "otft.tdr"
is not a mixed-element geometry !

How can I solve this problem? If I comment out the "Solve" part sdevice runs with no errors, so I assume the error lies within the Solve section.

Thanks in advance!

Hi sepplmatze, me too facing the same problem in sdevice related to solve section giving mixed geometry error, Kindly reply with solution if u have found it..
Thanks in Advance

It's a long time ago but I think it has something to do with the meshing. try tensor or axis aligned meshing and this should somehow work
