I am trying to simulate a combline filter and HFSS appears to be stuck on Redo Mesh decomposition. I left the simulation to run overnight and it has not completed...PC has 16 GB of RAM. Can someone please help? Thank you.

I am trying to simulate a combline filter with hollow vias. I get the error message "Could preserve critical nodes." I implement the vias by subtracting cylinders from the cond, substrate and ground layers. Is this method okay? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
