"One possible issue is the protocol and hardware used to transmit 10-12km in distance"
This can be done with a FSK modulation IC which is available by the TI people itself.
So my main problem is interfacing the switches (say 10 nos using polling technique) and...
Hi all,
I am developing an communication system an it does have an micro-controller an 16bit Texas MCU..
My doubt is:
Using single MCU Will I be able to talk with my peripherals probably two of them using I2C protocol and simultaneously communicate with another
peripherals using UART/SPI...
Now i have interfaced the 4X4 keypad..
Now i need to interface with the LCD using 'C' code.
The function goes like this:
When ever an switch is pressed the number should be displayed on the left hand corner of the LCD module and when the second switch is pressed the first number displayed should...
Hi all,
I want to interface 8X8 keypad to an micro-controller(8051). Just like 64 INPUTS.
Column P1.0-P1.7
Row P3.0-P3.7
16*2 LCD Interface should be done in order to display the numeric value of the switch assigned.
Can anyone help me out.
LCD DATA P.0-P0.7
RS: P2.7
RW:P2.6
EN: P2.5
Thanks...
If you are using normal AA batteries go for higher current version batteris eg: LITHIUM or any other.
Else use an REGULATED POWER SUPPLY for test purpose. It might solve your doubt on CURRENT rating issues...
GOODLUCK:)
Hi all,
I want to interface 64 inputs to an micro-controller(8051) for example just like FAULT INDICATION.
Can anyone please suggest what type of switching can be used to multiplex the inputs that can be feed into the micro-controller ?
Note :
1) Its not an keypad interface.
2) I should be able...
After rigging up the circuit and calling form the remote mobile did you press the keys on the remote mobile eg:2,4,6,8 etc...
Then you can notice changes in Q3-Q0...
hope you find this useful :)
Ya gt it Pratik,
Its pretty simple same concept. Use dual opamp IC's i.e dual comparators single IC. The output of your accelerometer is given as input to both the V- (literally shorted) and Vref/V+ of 1st comparator is 1v approx and 2nd comparator is 1.6V approx. So the operations goes like...
Make use of the comparator IC's available in the market, Input to the Vref or V+ shud be 1.65V or desired and V- will be from accelerometer so finally the output of the comparator will be HIGH or LOW [1 or 0]..
Hope it helps you :)
