By the way, I had converted the path for sagnac mirror to waveguide by using "W" shortcut keystroke.
Not sure how to get around this...
I am trying to replicate Figure A of https://www.nature.com/articles/s41566-023-01193-1 using KLayout tool.
What step did I miss other than "export netlist" ?
I will probably look into Fully on-chip photonic turnkey quantum source for entangled qubit/qudit state generation as some reference. Let me know if you have other similar technical documents.
