That 500W design is totally a mess. The selection of RC for 50Hz is totally wrong.
Please post any better design of UPS

but i have some questions in mind ... what if i have a 220V/12V 10A Transformer with bridge rectifier connected to it to convert it to 12V DC and i put a 15A fuse in series and then connect it directly to the battery terminals ...
