    DC error while converting .lib to .db

    Hi I'm trying to convert library.lib to library.db using this commands dc_shell> read_lib lib_name.lib dc_shell> write_lib -output lib_name.db lib_name but i faced this error: The 'tsmc.lib' library has not been read in yet. (UIL-3) anyone can help? thank you
